Yes, I didn't realize that you only get one but a big one it was. I found a yummy recipe awhile back for roasted cauliflower and now I always cook it that way. It's really easy too. All you do is slice it into flat pieces and lay it out on an oiled (olive) pan. Then you brush more oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. It takes about 25-30 minutes in a 375 oven to come out nice and roasted. Now I'm waiting for the eggplant. There will be more of those.

That's quite a cauliflower. How did you cook it? Recipe, please.

Yummm! Can't wait for Nan to fix this. Or, I wonder if I can grill it?
I learned how to fry up eggplant at a Cajun cooking class in Nawlins manny years ago. I still have my graduation chef's hat!
Bon a'tite!

Well, we tried this, and it sure goes a long way.
I had to add a lot of Tabasco to it, to bring it to life so to speak.
We poured a cheese sauce on the leftovers and they were mighty good.
There are several kinds of food that best serve as a platform for a delicious sauce.
I’m wondering how a mild peanut sauce might taste. The kind we use for dipping grilled shrimps in.
Bona’ tite!
