Moose, its what's for dinner!
Thanks to some generous family members that live in Fairbanks Alaska, we had moose for dinner! Every year our brother-in-law Billy goes Moose hunting and I think he has gotten a moose every year that he has hunted. This year they sent us a roast with instructions for stroganoff. I have to tell you, there wasn't much left over!

Yes, he is back to his carnivorous ways. Actually, he is eating everything in sight lately which is good. The boy can't afford to miss a meal! The stroganoff was pretty yummy.
Sounds good Mary. Judy sent us some moose and fish. A week ago I fixed Dave a halibut dinner and I had salmon! Our neighbor joined us and he said it was the best! I marinated it in soy and honey. Good!!
