We are finally enjoying some of our veggies from the garden. Jim's making a new batch of salsa every other day. The cantaloupe are small but sweet and the watermelons are too big for me to lift. The eggplants are still on the vine waiting for the perfect recipe.

Beautiful garden veggies. I just tried a new eggplant recipe, pretty simple. I'll send it to you.
Sounds good, thanks!
Put one of those mellons in a cold corner of the garage. We may be swinging by on our way back home.

OMG!(as Shelby would say). That watermelon is bigger than you are. Mouth-watering fruits and veggies. Beautiful, plentiful garden!! What time is dinner?
Love you.
Mary, we sure did enjoy the bucket of tomatoes you gifted us with when we visited you, Jim and Gavin in Boise. Sweet and flavorful.
It was a delight to see you Boise three! Dinner at Cool Hand Luke’s was a delight. And the leftovers weren’t that bad. It is a treat to have a real refrigerator to store leftovers and such in Uncle Joe. And not to have to buy ice everyday for a cooler.
Love,
Paddy
We keep a few hens, not enough to be described as hen farmers. Aren't they fun? (Apart from the Sussex Cockerel who took a violent dislike to the anything coloured red. Bird brain!).
Garden envy! I just started mine, can't wait! =)
Nice fruits and veggies.
